Reading this book is so odd because it's so... Hopeful that life could ever be like that anywhere. As if any place could be THAT accepting as if a *school* could be that accepting. But that's also a little sad isn't it, cos there's things in it that are still messy there's still not-accepting parents but like it's such a small percentage of the parents in the book. Idk it's certainly an interesting read
