BTW pp. 22-24 of this author's book makes the perfect counter argument to the oft cited Anti-religion argument that religions (in practice) have caused the world immense suffering (while atheism has caused no loss of life by its practice). It's blatantly obvious that All Ideas (but especially Atheism) has caused Immense Human Suffering and Loss of Human Life!
