It’s a good guidline book for me it just deserved the rating. Beggining is boring although midway you’l lewrn that manifesting and affirming going only in to the poaitive wich wil hogher you’re brain frequency the author really did a good job in it. Also reflecting on yourself having an journal what was wrong happening.
