Ooooo getting good now, a little romance is starting to bloom but obviously immediately snuffed out with promise of coming back later on in the story

Sooo it took a bit of a while to get into it because it’s full of facts and historical things that confused me but my mom tried to explain it
There’s a whole fight for which King they want to be on the throne, either some german guy or king James the real King. It’s getting better though and you start to enjoy it but it’s not super easy to read but I’ll update you all
