I'm 83 pages into this book and I already hate Aishling. Like, we know Hunter is supposed me be an asshole (so far with no redeeming qualities) but why are LJ Shen's female MCs so desperate for the men they love that they willing to degrade themselves to the point of utter humiliation. Morbid curiosity over the storyline is the only reason I'm still continuing to read The Monster. This book deserves to be rage DNFed
