This book has had some great reviews, but I'm finding it a little dry. Rubin does her best to record improvements on her incredibly average life- which would be hard for anyone. Oddly enough, is what called me to the book to begin with. She delivers some excellent information, and in a way has inspired me to kick up my own writing projects a notch. So I'll at least have her to thank for that...
