I'm already kind of a slow reader, but I'm taking my time with this one to make sure I'm not missing bits of history. Olson seems to know his stuff and so far it has been a bit rapid fire, so I have to slow down to take it in. So far he seems to take a level-headed non-hostile approach to describing the rise of shaping theologies by viewing the Bible exclusively through modernity. Very interesting.
