Why the fuck is the 14th amendment written so weird??? Like rigjt to life liberty but not happiness snd thats been in mosy of the other amendments????? you can sue if smth is preventing your pursue of happiness but theres no amendment to back it???? The government lacks empathy and it shows especially for someone who has undocumented parents and is born in rhe US making them a citizen but like????
