Reread for the spooky season! I am loving this book, even more, this time, and I didn't think that was possible. I think it's because I'm going to take my time with it this time. The first time, I kind of speed read some of it because I didn't want any spoilers for what was going to happen.

The fact that the characters figured out that the plot of their show and the kids saving their arcade in the town directly mirrors their current situation and them needing to save their theatre I loved.

Omg I loved the chapters I read tonight. Monica is learning about the theatre world and I love that. There are poems as an interlude and I read the first one. I cried.

I've been anticipating this book since I heard about it. I already love the main character Monica and I think she's so sweet. I think it's so sweet that she cares for her brother. I can't wait to see where this story goes.
