Shaf Firefly I picked this book out of curiosity as I wanted to learn more about how mindfulness can be used in managing anger. I like the way the book teaches about how to regulate our expectations and It’s wise to realise that life has its challenges so we have to manoeuvre around it. It’s a good book!
