I got terrible ick at “Baby” - followed by sight for dagt FMC. She is 15, I swear.

Even with dramatic events, we are back at describing and nit living it through. Direct speach if short and far between lenghty descriptions. I do kot remember when characters had some back and forth conversation that lasted more than 4 sentences.

Main character finally chatches on. I am so sad I can not feel the surprise alongside her. It was just too obvious. Now its just an eye roll with quiet “finally”.

Secred from FMC amd not from readers is weird thing to do. How naive is she. She acts like teenager - surly, overreacting. MMC has the same emotion scope. Together: toxic.

I wish author would spend more time forming relationships. Lot of things is stated but we have never seen them nor felt them. I like that author doesnt focus so much on romance but tried to make it plot oriented, but the book almost feels like a recap - we are not doing and experiencing things along the FMC, we are reading about them in retrospect. Why such a change? She did the exact oposit at the begining. Shame.

Interesting writing style. Author does exactly what I like - gives us FMC’s background and lets us get to know her while she moves through her day.
