Like any book, it takes awhile for the characters to be introduced, and so far I can see the direction that this book is going to be going in. One of the characters seems to know the property pretty well but he’s covering it up and I think he’s the lover of the mistress of the house, The mistress who killed herself. And ultimately I think that the lover is going to try to make the master of the house suffer.
