I appreciate why this book is popular to my generation. reads and feels like a compilation of Wattpad or Tumblr posts. and you get the sense that the author has put their own heart into the work.

I don’t objectively think it’s a quality collection of poetry. As I say, it feels like what I might read as a 14 year old. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking objectively good poetry.
