😱 Apparently one is supposed to have boiled one's potatoes before frying them into hash browns! Maybe that's why mine never work. 😆

We are enjoying the brief anecdotes in this book! Some are humorous, some sad or unfortunate, all are a peek into life on the prairie and ND history. (AND I learned how to fry potatoes better.)
