It is definitely hilarious, also inspiring, to read how the author develops mathematical models for year-to-year interest rate and makes statement that the interest between two years in the future has no practical use. It was not practical a few decades ago, but something the financial market now does every day (interest future contracts). How fast the market has evolved!!
