i’ve seen many articles online saying that reading is now “performative” on social media and i just gotta say god forbid a girl pick up some hobbies 😭 at the end of the day reading is just a form of entertainment and just like other types of recreation, people love sharing and talking about them! i can read a trashy popcorn book and a classic and still enjoy each just as much as the other, thx!
