Maybe it's because I am listening to the audio book, but I am seriously noticing something that is annoying the crap out of me. None of the characters ever say please or thank you! Just because it's food service doesn't mean you can't say please. Or when the travel agent is trying to get Rachel and Greg a refund on their vacation plans, Rachel never says thank you. Where the heck have manners gone??
