KC has been a wonderful presence in my social media sphere for a while now. Her gentle, person centered approach to care tasks has really shifted my world and made loving and caring for myself so much easier and has alleviated so much of my anxiety surround not just care task but other areas too. I'm so glad I finally read the book in full. It was a short easy read that I will return to again and again. 10/10
