Juliet seems mentally unstable. I can't think of any age where her constant confusion over her own feelings would be acceptable. They couple chapters across multiple books, she's changing partners. She's supposed to be a college educated woman in her thirties, so this doesn't translate for me. It's made reading these books very hard because I just don't like her.
