Trying to connect with this historical book about a bunch of interchangeable white dudes at the Chicago World Fair is like trying to binge-watch C-SPAN. Seriously these guys are so privileged and I just struggle to give a shit about building buildings and constructing constructions. Waiting for the murders to kick in so something interesting happens.
