2/3 of the way through, and I officially Love This Book. It's no 'Anathem', or 'The Diamond Age', mind, being entirely more real-world and mundane than either. What it is, though, is a 100-page belter of a thriller. Spies, terrorists, MMORPG stuff - gets into its stride about 100 pages in and then Just. Doesn't. Stop.

Ok, not-so-cyberpunk, more a straight spy/terror thriller so far, but only half way through and I can't see where the plot is going to go - it could turn around and into something much odder and Stephenson-ish yet...

Ooh! Ooh! A new Neal Stephenson novel, and in his near-future cyberpunk-ish mode, rather than his Baroque Cycle mode. I'm excited!
