Honestly I am so close to the finish line here but I have not enjoyed this book nearly as much as the others. I also hate the frequent switch in POVs which usually I enjoy in books. Finally, I truly despise the witch plotline

Despise?!? Hailey you’re breaking my heart over here. Although the first book does do their plotline dirty. I’ll just say to keep an open mind!

I second the open mind comment! The witches plot line is so annoying in HOF but I promise they grow on you! The POV changing can be so annoying, especially if you don’t care about all the POVs yet but they really all grow on you. I’m half way through the last book, Kingdom of Ash and I’m so in love with this series!
Okay okay two people I know have great taste in books are seconding this!! I’m waiting for it to come together before I form a final opinion. But it’s been hard to finish this. The pace is just not the same as the others. I have heard so many great things about the series so I am committed, but I’m struggling! I am sitting down to finish it tonight as I type this!
