I read this a little while ago. It's written by both Richard Tierney and David C. Smith, and it's easy to tell who wrote which segments. I'll just say that I wish the whole book had been written by Tierney, his style is fantastic, filled with great imagery, while Smith's is rather simplistic. Solid book overall though.
