So my copy of the book is covered with reviews calling it "erotic." And I guess if you mean "sexually-charged" then sure. But calling it "erotic" is...yikes. So far anything remotely "sexual" has been with Lestat, his ABUSER, or Claudia, who LOOKS LIKE SHE IS FIVE.

Luckily I've seen the movie so I came in expecting Southern Gothic horror, but advertising it as if it's a vampire romance novel grossly misses the point
