Overall really enjoyable and definitely gripping, but why is it a plot point that this guy’s horse is teething on his leg? And who is this mysterious Italian chef who has a mysterious box of ingredients that he will legitimately kill someone over and insisted on bringing into the treacherous canyons of Utah???
