I'm considering dropping it only because of the way she ghosted her ex, and the shitty written backstory about her injury... LIKE GIRLLL- THIS HAS TO BE BIG ENORMOUS GIGANTIC WDYM YOU JUST WENT INTO A WALL???? THATS IT???? This is literally the 2nd most important part in this book and the author decided to rush it.. bruhhh🗿

Tbh Wes and Teddy have WAYY MORE chemistry than Teddy and Gus, but yeah... I have a feeling the second book is going to be miles better than this one. Hot smut scene tho, I fr didn't expect it but it was well written +5p for Lyla Sage

Okay so, I'm in the hospital for a couple of days (gut problems) and I'm in constant pain but no joke while reading this book, the pain felt a little better 😀 idk how, but a win is a win! Btw this book reminds me of Icebreaker because of the American style that it's written in, but this one is probably better.
