Great so far! I like the giver attitude, and I want to practice this more in my life. I unintentionally have started doing this more and more, and as a veteran ex-taker it felt like a foreign/humble approach to teamwork. I used to be under the impression that a talking mentality achieved more efficient and weighty output. Where ego is greater than humility. I was wrong. giver mentality = win win
