I found a local practitioner that offers many of the healing methods in this book. I'm eager to experience it for myself.

I enjoyed the chapters about crystal healing, reiki, and acupressure. Would love to find an experienced practitioner though I did practice reiki on my own and found it to be extremely beneficial.

What a phenomenal introduction. I'm saddened but not surprised by how much of it was left out of my education.
