Two chapters down. The style stands out. Syntactically, Di Salvatore is not afraid of using sentence fragments in order to add punctuation to his message. I have yet to determine how effective his technique will be. As a subject I should be content to read and learn. Minor copy editing errors noted in this first edition copy.
