I haven't abandoned this. I love John Irving's writing. I originally borrowed this as an audio book, but it's long, and it expired before I finished. Just got it back as an e-book, so now I just have to remember where I left off. Enjoyed the movie and the audio had me picturing Micheal Cain and Toby McGuire.
