Memories and the dead is such an odd chapter.. like Sparrow and Meg do the nasties, he touches her birthmark, and then POOF!? She wakes up not in a hellish version of Earth with the day walker people? Like HUH? No transition, just BOOM - "nothing happened it was all a dream" type vibe??

This is such a peculiar book so far. Megs past is so sad, Sparrow Man being a bit quirky, it's just... I need to figure out what's going on because HUH... it's a little vague, I suppose maybe for a surprise element?
