Very generic so far. I feel like some of the advice the author gives is such a balancing act of rudeness which would probably end up being counter productive for someone learning to stop people pleasing. A lot of tactics like critiquing and then immedietely complimenting the person, I feel defeat the point. This would again just stress out a people pleaser. Also the author doesnt take a clear stance on some things
