Can't say I regret reading this but it definitely pissed me off. Cassie is the worst MC and Drummond is just a boring coward. Why are they the MC's? I wish It'd been Izzy and Akazi

Cassie had no right to keep the Bookseller's book. None at all. And to be so smug, thinking she had more rights over it than it's owner? Such audacity. Why doesn't the Bookseller have a name anyway?

He seems awfully obsessed with having his characters wailong about being fat. Is this what men think women think about???

This book is easier to read if you accept that cassie is somewhat of a self absorbed idiot. THe rest isn't bad after that!

I started this yesterday and I was just thinking about how Cassie is kind of an asshole! She seemed condescending towards the poor man, her "favourite customer". Wondering how she treats others that aren't her favourite. She didn't listen to him while he spoke at all and it seemed like she wanted the conversation to end as soon as possible. I don't think i'm gonna connect with her at all
