i feel like the tension of the story and the logic of the plot would have doubled if the mc had to spend two weeks doing mountain acclimatization training before he learned any details at all

so far have only read the prologue but wow what a way to kick it off. i’m buckled up especially as this book sounds like a cousin of a writing embryo of mine own
