His use and explanation of “myths” is interesting but incomplete. He implies, whether religion, society, rule of law that people must believe in the idea or “imagined order” for it to hold together. But this although stimulating seemed to be missing something.

It becomes more obvious when I think I of a contract or a promise between individuals. A promise is more than a practical myth. The foundation of structures is whether or not you believe in the promises of others. This morality is not a total invention.
