Dense but really intellectually invigorating - my autism notebook getting hella notes in right now. By the end I hope I'll finally be able to have a firmer and more comprehensive understanding of the differentiation between vestibular and proprioceptive senses. I mean that's not the only thing that it's about but that's a big area of confusion for me. I'm really loving this though.
