I have always felt I needed to communicate to the people who have hurt me, how badly they hurt me. Now I realize , I only need to communicate to God those things. I burden myself with resentment. I have no desire to forgive by communicating what I feel needs to be brought to justice. God will do that in his own time, in his own way.

I'm fearful to forgive
Because I feel there was no justice to the young girl who was hurt so deeply and because I am fearful of repetition.
However the longer I run from forgiveness the longer I will remain trapped by my past. Isn't that just another form of repetition?
