An erratum on page 272; Winchester states that the antipodes of Krakatoa at 6° 06’S, 105° 25’ E is at 6° 06’N, 105°25’W. This is incorrect; the correct longitude, 180° from 105° 25’E, is 74° 35’W. 105°25’ W is 210°50’ from Krakatoa, not 180° from it. An understandable error. This point is not in the Pacific Ocean, it’s on land near Puerto Boyacá, Colombia, about 566’ above sea level.
