Teaching is a performative act and like any show it requires us to evaluate and assess our actions in accordance with what is most engaging to our audience. This evaluative process oftentimes demands the need to violate traditional boundaries and transgress against long held traditions in order to provide students with an experience that promotes freedom and growth.
