They went "outside" aka into the woods away from safety... for a bath... nothing to say I'm just so unbelievably disappointed in REID like Lou I get you tell her to do something she does the opposite, I have accepted it but REID. He is supposed to be the goody goody, 'theatrical disappointed sigh'
