Lots on classical Greek philosophy and philosophy of dance and movement in this. As well as interesting tie ins with the history of religion. Not only for aspiring, professional or those wanting to rekindle their childhood dreams. Yes that's right about the only 'girly' aspiration I had as a girl was ballet and I still admire it. Never able to pursue it.
