Dnfing this (didn't even read completely till 20% I kinda just skimmed through the pages) honestly I don't get the hype at all because the writing and world building is really bad and the info dump is too heavy.
Tried giving this book a chance after I dnfed Caraval but this is somehow worse. I just couldn't find enough interest or care bcoz the FMC doesn't even make sense, and the plot is too messy. Ugh
