It was Raellen that told Millie about the drugs, not Ruth. But now I’m thinking someone “gifted” the brownies to Ben to knock him out, but that doesn’t explain the bike left at the lumberyard. The Mennonite woman is also pretty suspicious, but I don’t know how she was involved.

I just got to the part where Ruth said Ben didn’t wake up because he was on drugs so I’m thinking someone at the lumberyard drugged him, killed him, drove his body to the flea market, and started the fire. This would explain the drugs and the bike still being at the lumberyard.
