We scream, as if this display of Joy will frighten all our fears away, as if we already know nothing bad will happen to us this year, and a happy for it.

And then, as it always does, the moment comes and passes, and even as part of me is once again surprised that I feel no different than I did moment before…

It was the sort of happiness that fools you into thinking that there is still so much more, maybe even enough to laugh forever.

Every moment we spend in silence was like another break in the wall going up between us.
