I’ve just finished the first chapter about power, and it was eye opening. Seeing power as “relationships” changes the perspective a lot, and understanding that power is a tool to reach some place makes a lot more sense, without knowing where you wanna go power is useless (or even destructive for me).

After the intros about the problem-solving leader (very good btw), now I’m learning more about influence and how to make people join my side. It all starts with clearing communication (something I can for sure improve on). This books is awesome!
