I detest the way this is written. For something that wants to foster in inclusivity it's written is such a mechanical and unwelcoming voice, from a very analytical perspective and the text is tiny. Yuck.

I like seeing the student comments.

I'm four chapters in and don't know if I can force myself to finish. Everything thus far is common sense and others don't take into consideration large faculty workload.
