This is an oldie but goodie. My mom mentioned this book, and I am so glad she did.Sugar is the devil. He describes how sugar was a major part of the slave trade and how sugar evolved and brought on many health issues that can be seen throughout history.....very eye-opening. Sugar feeds disease and inflammation, and when you eliminate it, all of your health issues become a distant memory.
