This was my first, long overdue encounter with Sanderson and I sadly have to drop it after ten chapters. I want to chalk up my blatant dislike of the writing style and weird narrator to my not being familiar with the Cosmere, but even then it shouldn't read like a fanfic. The two Audible narrators also didn't really fit the characters.
I truly hope my next encounter with Sanderson will be better than this...
