So I don’t usually read contemporary romance and I don’t like first person narrative and this book so far is not doing a good job in neither of these aspects.
I can do first person narrative if the character has sense of humor or is driven by some kind of emotion but this reads like a diary entry. A little self indulgent.
I’ll give it a go for few more chapters though.
