I mean this one is straight heat. The first 25% is so horrifying and awesome and gripping. I couldn’t figure out how we was going to continue such an insane tale, but he’s doing it.
Waiting to see if he can pull off this supernatural element or not bc it seems so separate from the more science-fiction part of the tale.

Why have I slept on King for so long. This book will easily be my favorite book of all time if it continues at this pace. What a gripping opening. Jesus Christ, the dread is palpable and my body is telling me to take breaks but I am addicted!
